Membership Terms and Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions

“We”, “we”, “Us”, “us”, “Our” and “our” means Tamba Park Limited.

“You”, “you”, “Your” and “your” means the lead member for the membership.

  • All memberships must have 2 lead members who are at least 18 years of age at the commencement of the membership.

  • Memberships can have up to 5 names.

  • A lead member must be present at all times when using the membership.

  • Annual memberships are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. Other memberships (if available) are valid for the time period stated when the membership was purchased.

  • Memberships are not valid for special events held through the year such as Halloween and Fireworks Night. Full booking information for special events, as and when they occur, will be made clear once the event information has been released.

  • You and any additional named members are entitled to 50% discount off lake activity purchases made within the Park plus free use of Crazy Golf. Discounts will only be given to you or a named member if a membership card is shown at the pay point. Membership discounts may not be used with any other promotion or offer. We reserve the right to ask for a valid form of photographic ID when membership cards are used for discount purposes.

  • In times of bad weather the outdoor section of the Park may be closed at short notice at management’s discretion. If you are in doubt please check before travelling.

  • During busy periods access to The Rainforest Playground may be time limited to ensure we adhere to fire safety occupancy restrictions.

  • The management reserve the right to close certain sections or attractions in Tamba Park if the need arises.

  • Memberships are not transferable or refundable.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase for any memberships under the value of £50.00.

  • The Park will be closed on the 24th and 25th December. Management reserve the right to close the park at other times of the year if the need arises. We will endeavour to update you regarding any additional closures via email, our website or social media.

  • All memberships require a photograph of the lead members. If the membership permits, additional members will also require a photograph. Failure to submit to your photograph being taken may result in the cancellation of your membership. Only lead and named members with valid photographs will be permitted entrance to the park.

  • If the membership permits guests, only you or any additional named members will be granted permission for your guests to enter.

  • We reserve the right to ask for a valid form of photographic identification when a membership card is brought to the Park.

  • To ensure you receive the best possible service, your email address will be added to our mailing lists. Options to unsubscribe from the lists will be provided in any emails we send to you.

  • On occasions, we may contact you regarding your membership or essential park information. These might be in the form of emails, phone calls, text messages or direct mail.

  • We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions as and when the need arises. You will be notified of any changes to these terms and conditions and when any changes take effect.
